Samsung Galaxy S GT-i9000 Hardware Tour

We take a look at the hardware of the Samsung Galaxy S. This is the first Android device to use Samsung's new Super AMOLED screen. The screen is a 4 inch capacitive glass display with the resolution of WVGA at 24bit/pixel. The phone boasts newer technology like the 1 gigahertz Samsung Hummingbird processor, Blue Tooth 3.0, and the Wireless-N band. There is a 5MP camera with the ability to shoot 720p video at 30fps. Unfortunately there is no flash on this phone, which to me was sort of a disappointment. Call quality is clear and undistorted.
